About the Event

Our Meet the Media event series is back! Join us on Thursday, Aug. 24 (new date) to hone your media relations skills, followed by a summer social with drinks and networking at QU's North Haven Campus – School of Law Library Commons (SLE 221). Whether you’re a seasoned public relations professional or are just starting your career, media relations is a skill that requires constant practice and sharpening. This event will connect you with some of Connecticut’s top news media directors and editors to discuss the trends in news, how to build relationships with the media and what it takes to coverage in today’s fragmented media landscape.
