The impact and importance of mastering the use of social media as part of public relations is a given, but how effective is your social media strategy? Understanding the basics of social media analytics is the key to answering that question.
PRSA CT is pleased to offer this virtual Zoom event that will provide participants with practical, foundational skills they can apply immediately by reviewing an introduction to analytics in reporting social media return on investment and optimizing content strategies, and include a Q&A.
Our featured speaker is Mary E. Dunn, Assistant Professor of Advertising at Quinnipiac University. As a professor in the Department of Strategic Communication, Mary teaches courses on advertising and integrated communications, social media, and media planning. Her research centers on transparency in native advertising, media effects on audiences, and analytic attribution modeling.

PRSA Antitrust Compliance Statement
