Kimberly Bartlett-Manisene is Assistant Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Citizens Bank, Connecticut. A magna cum laude graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Bartlett has a diverse background of public relations experience, ranging from the recording and film industries to non-profits and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Bartlett served as the Community Relations Coordinator for Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, where her efforts there won numerous industry awards, including the Credit Union National Association’s 2010 Diamond Award for Best Community/PR Program. Before gaining her experience in the credit union industry, Bartlett led the marketing and events efforts for New London Main Street, a nationally-recognized downtown revitalization program in New London, CT.
A resident of Clinton, CT, Bartlett is passionate about working in the community and creating unique partnerships that inspire collaboration. In addition to her work with PRSA, she is a founding member of the New London Currach Rowers Club, one of the country’s few traditional Irish rowing clubs.
Adam Chiara is an assistant professor of communication at the University of Hartford and is an authority on issues relating to social media’s impact on politics and media. He is a regular contributor for The Hill and is frequently interviewed by the media for expert commentary. Early in his career, Chiara was an award-winning journalist who covered stories for several media outlets in the Hartford area. He also worked at Yale University’s Rudd Center (now UConn Rudd Center) and was a communications associate at Universal Health Care Foundation. In addition to journalism and public relations, Chiara has a background in politics, public policy, and legislative process from the time he spent managing political campaigns and working at the Connecticut General Assembly. Chiara earned a master’s degree in journalism from Quinnipiac University and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Central Connecticut State University.
Erin Cox manages internal and external communications for aircraft supporting the U.S. Marine Corps, including the Presidential Helicopter “Marine One.”
Erin joined Sikorsky Aircraft in 2015 after nearly two decades as a broadcast journalist in Connecticut. She previously worked as a broadcast journalist in radio and television where she earned awards for her coverage of high profile criminal trials and government corruption.
